Shipping Charges

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
Expedited delivery: 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your order is undelivered or lost during transit, please contact us at mailto:info@anorakmart.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Customized or final-sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return
Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products if the requested item is in stock. If unavailable, we will provide a refund instead.
